Stuffing

~2 cups cubed bread
1-2 finely chopped celery sticks
1-2 finely chopped green onions (1 having a bunch of green stems from a single white end)
½ tsp sage
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp marjoram
½ tsp parsely
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Fry the celery and onion in some oil (the more oil you use, the better it tastes, but the worse it is for you). Add it to the cubed bread. Add the spices.

I should note that I usually adjust to taste, also. You usually need at least twice as much as this, but it depends on the size of bird. I also don't double the salt when I double the recipe.
