Chocolate Marshmallow Squares
½ cup (125 ml) Peanut butter
½ cup (125 ml) Butter
3 cups (750 ml) Miniature marshmallows
6 oz (170 g) Chocolate Chips
6 oz (170 g) Butterscotch Chips
Melt peanut butter and butter in a double boiler. Add 6 oz chocolate chips and 6 oz butterscotch chips. Heat until melted and smooth. Cool for a short time and add 3 cups miniature marshmallows, mix well. Spread evenly in greased 8" x 11" (20 mm x 28 mm) pan. Keep refrigerated.
